ECHO Quick Release EXCEEDS chin-strap testing standard requirements!
The Echo safety helmet chin-strap Quick Release constructed of locking tempered steel inside a high impact Nylon Body has exceeded industry standard tests for safety and durability.
The Quick Release has been tested using FMVSS218 D.O.T.*, NIJ0101.02** and Snell (M2005)*** chin-strap performance standards. In all three tests, the Echo Quick Release has exceeded the requirements standards. This patented, laboratory tested devise provides a fast and convenient way to buckle and unbuckle your helmet chin-strap.
As with any safety product, proper installation of the Quick Release is essential, as it is the primary means of retaining the helmet on the head.
Combining a properly fitted D.O.T. or Snell certified safety helmet with a properly installed Echo metal-to-metal Quick Release will provide the rider with a reliable, fast and convenient way to securely buckle and unbuckle their safety helmet chin-strap.
